I'm just grabbing:

Built in event: SMTP Server: <string> disconnected. <number> message[s] received

Any event containing "rejected for policy reasons"

Any event containing "found in DNS blacklist at"

Then just count the events where <number> message[s] received != 0 (success) and == 0 (failure) to get the raw stats.

The policy and blacklist traps give you why.
